Connacht u18 Inter Pro Team:

Congratulations to Darragh McGrath on his selection for the Connaught u18 Inter Pro team this year.

 

Connacht Schools Event:

Six Juniors from Athlone competed in the Connacht 9 hole stableford school event on the 8th May in Castlebar Golf Club. 

Cian Mannion (Coosan National School)   won the Boys award with with a score of 24pts.  Grace Brosnan ( Our Lady's Bower, Athlone) was second in the Girls section with a score of 24pts.

Congratulations and well done to Cian and Grace,  Great  achievement.  The club is proud of you!

Well done to our junior team, Grace Brosnan, Lauren Keena, Sarah Lennon,Scott O’Rourke, James O’Brien and Kevin Kilduff who had a fantasticperformance and finished in 3rd position in the Connacht Junior Golf Sixes Qualifier in Claremorris on Tuesday 16th August, 2022. The club is very proud of them.
