Athlone Golf Club invites societies of all sizes to come and play its superb 18 hole Lough Ree Challenge Course situated on the shores of Lough Ree at Hodson Bay, Athlone. Beautifully designed, the course exploits the natural splendor of its surroundings, providing panoramic views of the lake.
The course’s unique blend of parkland features with some subtle elements of links presents an enjoyable challenge for all levels of golfers. The beauty of the course is that every hole is different. With its undulating fairways and stunning views of the lake, you could play it a 100 times and each time would be a different experience.
