Anyone aged 18 years or older may enter, including Club members, Committee members, and members who sell tickets.

Yes — tickets can be purchased:

• In person at the Club
• From authorised Club members
• Online
• Via the official QR code link

Only authorised sellers are allowed to sell tickets on behalf of the Club.

Ticket prices are:

• 1 Ticket – €20
• 3 Tickets – €50
• 7 Tickets – €100
• 15 Tickets – €200

Each ticket counts as one entry.

• 1 Lifetime Playing Membership
• 5 One-Year Playing Memberships
• Three additional draws will take place at a time to be determined

Lifetime Membership covers only the standard annual subscription. Additional costs like insurance, development levies, and competition fees are not included.

Yes — each prize is transferable once, but only at the time of winning. After that, it becomes non-transferable.

No — each entrant is eligible to win only one prize. If an entrant is drawn for multiple prizes, only the first prize drawn will be awarded. Any subsequent prize will be redrawn.

The draw will take place on 27 November 2026 at Athlone Golf Club and will be conducted by an independent person.

Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Club reserves the right to redraw that prize.

A member is considered to have permanently ceased playing golf if:

• They have not played at least 2 rounds or participated in Club competitions over 24 consecutive months; or
• They submit a written declaration that they no longer intend to play; or
• The Club reasonably determines they have permanently stopped golfing activity.

Lifetime Membership automatically ends if a member permanently ceases to play golf or passes away.

Yes — but sellers cannot be involved in or supervise the draw. All entries are centrally recorded to ensure fairness.

Yes — winners agree to reasonable publicity unless they opt out in writing.

Yes — online tickets are valid only after successful payment confirmation. The Club is not responsible for technical failures during payment.
